I can't speak highly enough about Chris's professionalism. It was his professionalism and willingness to jump in despite no commitment on our end that drew us to him. He worked with our draftsman to find efficiencies in the design, worked with the architectural review board to get a conditional approval. Unfortunately for us the state of things resulted in us hitting the pause button on starting construction. My wife and I moved cross country from Wisconsin to South Carolina. Chris' communication during the entire process was nothing short of stellar. It was a great experience working with Chris. He continuously asked questions and provided suggestions and ways to save money and still get what we wanted. On a periodic basis he would send us photographs of the progress he was making.

Chris included seen and unseen components to the build to put the house on another level. He added air conditioning lines to the bonus room so we could finish that space on our own time. He added shiplap to the fireplace, vaulted our back covered patio ceiling, applied spray foam insulation inside the exterior walls and celling of the bonus room, and built a custom vent hood for us. The list goes on but there were a lot of details completed and none of them were lost on us.
We couldn't be more pleased with our new home and the entire process it took to get here.
